Vibrant red Blood Moon, a Lunar Eclipse, glowing brightly in dark sky.
The Lunar Eclipse/Blood Moon is happening at 12° Virgo at 6:33 AM ET on 3/3 or 3:33 AM PT

To start off, Mars entered Pisces to add to the Pisces Water stellium at 9:16 AM meaning we know have Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and North Node all in Pisces. That's a whole lot of intuition, dreams, escapism, spirituality, and imagination. It also could be a whole lot of addiction and illusions/delusions too. Since Pisces is ruled by Neptune it could also mean there is a lot of fog and haze around everything at this time and people are not seeing things clearly for what they really are and there is a ton of rose-colored glasses effects going on. Be careful with what you may believe is real in this season of the Pisces stellium is all I would warn, especially while we have Mercury Retrograde in Pisces in the mix which throws miscommunications in there as well. Go back and read my two posts on Mercury Retrograde if you haven't already to catch up on that. As far as Mars in Pisces, it does not do well with confrontation which is what Mars is all about. Mars is the planet of War. Mars rules anger, aggression, drive, sex drive, ambition, energy. This is sneak attack style War. Mars in Pisces cannot face head on confrontation, so it does it behind closed doors (12th house style which is ruled by Pisces). It manipulates and gets other people to do the dirty work for them. Mars in Pisces is weakly placed. It is a Water sign that doesn't conform to any vessel placed in a Planet that is Exalted in a Cardinal Earth sign (Capricorn) and its Rulership is a Cardinal Fire sign (Aries) and a Fixed Water sign (Scorpio) meaning its STUBBORN and DETERMINED. All 3 of those signs are known for those qualities. Pisces is not. It is a Mutable Water sign which makes it extremely pliable and wishy washy. It's not one for having much of a backbone when it comes to being in its Mars placement. Venus, it's exalted there, because it is selfless love and compassion, not War. Those are two different energies. We will probably see this play out as the US and Israel continue their BS with Iran. Mars in Pisces isn't all bad though. It is intuitive action versus bold aggression, it is internal spiritual conquest versus external human conquest, and it is creative and artistic drive versus monetary motivation. It is the empathic warrior, the diplomatic dreamer, and it is emotionally guided willpower, which can be good and bad. Moving on to the Lunar Eclipse/Blood Moon in Virgo...

The Blood Moon/Lunar Eclipse will be at 12° Virgo at 6:33 AM ET and 3:33 PT on 3/3 (March 3, 2026). This an Ending you can't avoid. Something in your life is coming to its ending. It has reached completion. You have felt it building for weeks now and you are ready to let it go.

You are now under a Total Lunar Eclipse Energy which is one of the most important reset and release points of the entire year. Whatever ends and begins during Eclipse season is meant to be. We just had the Solar Eclipse/New Moon in Aquarius on February 17th with the Lunar New Year/Start of the Fire Horse Year. New Moons/Solar Eclipses represent New Beginnings. Full Moons/Lunar Eclipses represent Endings/Completions. Eclipses are under the energy of Karma = consequences. You get what you give. This is Emotional Closure. Eclipses are karmic. People who are going to feel this the most are, again, just like with the Mercury Retrograde placements, Mutable Signs, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces placements near 12° Virgo. Whatever House that this Eclipse sits in in your Chart is going to have a major impact on your life. Also, Earth Signs Capricorn and Taurus near 12° and Water signs Cancer and Scorpio near 12°. Trust the process. The Eclipse is Shadow surfacing from within. Things will be exposed. Decisions made during Eclipse windows lack stability. Avoid emotional confrontations. Avoid major decisions. This is not a manifestation window. This is a release and detox window. Reflect, don't react. Stay grounded.

Virgo Lunar Eclipse conjunct South Node - Things we have already mastered, past lives

-perfectionism

-self-criticism

-overworking to feel worthy

-anxiety from needing control

-obsessing about results

-hyper-fixating on details

Sun in Pisces conjunct North Node - What we are headed toward, need to master in this life

-needing to let go

-having faith

-surrender

-compassion for self

-trust

-spiritual alignment

-rest

Mercury Retrograde ruling the Eclipse makes the Past unavoidable. Old patterns replay. Old friends/lovers return. Old cycles repeat. Old wounds resurface. This Eclipse is Sextile Jupiter in Cancer, where it is Exalted, which is healing energy in that Jupiter is growth, luck, and abundance, especially through family, home, homeland, ancestors, roots, and real estate. Also, Venus in is Pisces, where it is Exalted, and is Sextile to Uranus in Taurus. This is heart-awakening energy. This could mean unexpected relationship shifts, sudden realizations about love or money, a change in values, or an unexpected message. Uranus brings unpredictability, but the Sextile indicates opportunity instead of chaos. Something can liberate you quickly. What surfaces already has history behind it. What weakens was meant to be left behind.
