Mercury Retrograde in Pisces is upon us (Parte Dos, continued from my post on February 10th, 2026)

Mercury (Hermes) is the God of communication, short distance travel, technology, commerce, thought, speech, media, internet, and is also the Messenger between the Gods and the Psychopomp. Mercury was also known for being the androgynous God and rules Gemini and Virgo.

To get further into Mercury Retrograde at 22° Pisces is quickly approaching us on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 1:48 AM ET, this is going to be a heavy Retrograde so I am not going to sugarcoat things. We will be diving into karmic territory, things that revolve around mental health, endings, spirituality, the subconscious, compassion, grief, addiction, delusions, dreams. There will be a lot of old wounds resurfacing, emotional baggage coming up, memories replaying, emotional burnout, buried feelings emerging, and psychic abilities may be heightened. Things may be exposed as Pisces rules the 12th house of "Behind Closed Doors" and "What is Hidden From Us". Exes and people from your past may resurface and typically it's best to not let them back in. Don't text your ex unless it's just to close out a cycle! These are just old cycles playing out and it wouldn't work out after the Retrograde cycle ends. It's about repairing things as I said in my previous post, not starting something new. It's not all for bad because this all will be for healing in the end once this cycle completes even though it sounds emotionally exhausting now. Pisces energy is great for creative energy and the imagination, but not for logic which is Mercury's territory. Work on film, art, crafts, music, other Neptunian things at this time to keep you distracted and not so in your head. Maybe unstructured journaling where you just free write would be helpful. This is a great time for spiritual work and growth. Focus on your inner healing. Mercury Conjuncts Venus two days later on Saturday, February 28th at 12:35 AM ET. This is a great time for creative work and also talking about romantic and love issues. We have a Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon at 12° Virgo happening on March 3rd, 2026 during this time and we will also have Venus conjunct the Neptune/Saturn Conjunction as well on March 8th, 2026 which I will get further into the closer we get to it which is very significant for love. Mercury Conjoins Jupiter in Cancer the day after while Venus Sextiles Pluto in Aquarius. Mercury Conjuncts Mars in Pisces on Sunday, March 15th, 2026 so watch for tempers to flare and be VERY careful for miscommunications and what you say that day! Mercury goes Direct on Friday, March 20th, 2026 at 3:33 PM ET at 8° Pisces, but remember, we have Mercury's Post Shadow period after that until April 9th, 2026 when Mercury moves back into 22° Pisces again. I will get further into these Transits as they approach, but for now, the people who really need to take the most heed of this Retrograde this time around are the Mutable signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces or anyone with placements in these signs.
