Summer Solstice (Sun into Cancer)/Mars enters Gemini/Mercury Retrograde in Cancer/Full Moon in Capricorn/Jupiter enters Leo/Mars Conjunct Uranus/Mars Sextile Neptune

Hello, everyone! We have some exciting updates for you this time around! Firstly, we have Mars' Ingress into Gemini as of yesterday, Sunday, June 28th, 2026 at 3:29 PM ET. This means the Planet of Action, Drive, Ambition, War, Sex Drive, and Aggression, are in the Sign of Communication, Thoughts, Ideas, Social Media, Internet, WiFi, Commerce/Sales, Short Distance Travel, and Technology. This is definitely going to be interesting for the Primaries because this could mean a War of Words, a Battle of Tech, or it could even be used for good to drive Action-oriented Ideas and Communication. Mars in Gemini can be known for using words as a weapon when needed, so this could be ugly, but it will also keep people from crossing boundaries they really shouldn't because you WILL hear about it. Mars in Gemini can be extremely beneficial though, when using words to build through Action and Intention. Words are important and how you wield them is crucial. Mars in Gemini knows this all too well. You can lift up through your Communication (possibly through Social Media) or you can tear down. That is up to you. Don't think people won't call you back out or you won't be noticed if you decide to use words against people. Be ready for clapbacks if you choose to harm with your words, especially because we are in the midst of Mercury Retrograde as of 1:36 PM ET, Monday, June 29th, 2026. Mars will be in Gemini until August 11th, 2026 when it moves into Cancer. Remember, Mercury rules Gemini so this will make this Mars Ingress into Gemini more complicated until this Mercury Retrograde cycle in Cancer is over.

We're also in full-fledged Cancer Season as the Summer Solstice (Sun enters Cancer) was on June 21st, 2026 at 4:24 AM ET. So, that adds even more layers onto this since the Sun in Cancer is intensifying this Mercury Retrograde because it's in Cancer and this Mars in Gemini is being ruled by this Mercury Retrograde in Cancer because Mercury Rules Gemini. So, it's sort of a clusterf**k of energies feeding into each other at this current time. So, as I mentioned in my last post where I really got into the energies of Cancer and Cancer Season, this will be a time to reflect and focus on your Home, Homeland, Ancestry, your Roots, Motherhood, Mothers, Parenting, Family, Real estate, Antiquities, Photos, Mementos, Small and Enclosed spaces, Food, Restaurants, and Dreams. This is also the same sign as Mercury Retrograde which went into effect earlier this afternoon as I mentioned above. During the Pre-Shadow period, I mentioned there would be issues with Ancestry and Homeland, especially surrounding Latino Americans/Latin Indigenous People, where we saw it play out with FIFA and the World Cup. There are 3 host countries, 1 which has Spanish as its #1 most spoken Language (Mercury) and the other as its 2nd most spoken language (Mexico and US, respectively). There are also 9 participating countries in the games who speak Spanish, so please tell me why there was NO Spanish interpreter for all of those players and the host countries, the participating countries, and ALL the other countries that speak Spanish in the world!? That was definitely a Mercury Pre-Shadow example of the most foul. This same organization had apparently also awarded the Orange One with an inaugural FIFA Peace Prize in December 2025 which 50 members of European Parliament have demanded an investigation into as of news reports today. Connected? We also saw two incidents with fathers that played out very differently, trying to take care of their daughters by helping them either by going in the women's restroom with them, and having someone call 911/the police on them, but the police arrived and told the perpetrator to kick rocks and charged him with wasting 911's time, or in the case of the Latino dad who was just standing outside the bathroom patiently waiting for his wife and daughter, the Caucasian woman who "has Mexican children so...can't be racist", and then went on to threaten to call the police on the Latino family while calling them racist names in Spanish, while kicking them out of the gas station and accusing them of stealing, all of which was absolutely appalling! For the record, both dads were just trying to take care of their families (Cancer) in Bathrooms (Cancer). But, the vast difference in treatment due to their Ancestry (Cancer) is appalling. Also, for the Caucasian people who don't understand how many times we as BIPOC/Mixed Race people have heard the "I can't be racist, my kids are..." argument, it is sickening and exhausting at this point. It is almost always Caucasian mothers (Cancer), not fathers, and it almost never seems to fail that they then spew the most toxic and vile stuff about their children's race/ethnicity (Cancer) towards others of the same race/ethnicity. I'm definitely not saying ALL Caucasian mothers with Mixed Race children, but enough that it is concerning and a pattern that is recognized within the BIPOC community. The sad part is that the poor children have to grow up knowing that their own mother hates half of their own identity. If you are a Caucasian mother with Mixed Race children and this offended you, maybe reflect on this for a while as to why. Dig deep. Cancer also rules emotions and staying hidden inside a hard, protective shell.

Some things to remember about Mercury Retrograde that are positive. This is a time to remember those "re" words such as revise, redo, rework, reedit, review, readvise, renew, recenter, rededicate, rebuild, reaffirm, readapt, reawaken...that's just a hint at what is possible if you work at it during a Mercury Retrograde period. It's not a good time for starting something new, but it is a great time for going over things that were already in motion and working on them as the words above that I shared have shown. Add in the Cancer theme and you could really get things cooking (see previous post and above). Cooking and Food are also Cancer themes while we are at it! ;) Mercury Retrograde is in effect until July 23rd, 2026 at 6:58 PM ET. Then, it stays in its Post-Shadow period until August 6th, 2026 at 11:35 PM ET at 26° Cancer.

Moving onto the Full Moon at 8° Capricorn that is happening as I write this post on June 29th, 2026 at 7:57 PM ET. This is a BIG one because EVERY SINGLE PLANET is somehow involved in this Full Moon! Ok, where to start!? I guess I will start with the 2 T-squares that involve the actual Full Moon itself with the Moon at 8° Capricorn at one end of the Opposition and the Sun at 8° Cancer at the other end and then at the one Apex in a Square to both planets (because there are 2 T-Squares forming 2 Triangles) we have Neptune at 4° Aries and the other Apex we have Saturn at 14° Aries. These T-squares create a lot of tension within the Full Moon chart which in this case, since they are in Cardinal signs indicate the need to take initiative and make decisions in some capacity. That involves 4 planets but in 2 different configurations. We have Moon in Capricorn which has main themes revolve around Emotions, Dreams, Intuition, Psychics/Seers/Readers, Caretakers, Cleaning, Mental Health, Marriage Affairs, Mothers, and The Proletariat AKA the Common People relating to Business, Authority, Government, Work, Economy, Jails, Property, Politicians, Gardens, Land Owners Opposing Sun in Cancer (which I went over a bit earlier and we are going to see some overlap here since the Moon rules Cancer so I will not repeat some stuff) Ego, Identity, Arrogance, Heart & Heart Ailments/Diseases, Fathers, Heads of State, Healing/Healers, Judges/Judicial System, Organizers, Religious Leaders, and Representatives relating to Home, Homeland, Ancestry, your Roots, Parenting, Family, Real Estate, Antiquities, Photos, Mementos, Cooking, Food, Restaurants, and Bathrooms. So, this is what forms the Opposition that is part of the T-squares. Now, we have the other 2 planets that both form 2 Squares each to each part of the Oppositions forming a Triangle with these 2 planets at the Apex. The first one is Neptune at 4° Aries. The themes of Neptune in Aries are that of the Spiritual Warrior calling on Faith in Action. That doesn't necessarily mean religious, but there is a call to use Intuition and Discernment over pure Logic and Reason completely. This is a Soul Reset. There is a desire to go after Creative Passions. Neptune also rules Imagination and Aries is the Innovator and Firestarter. It awakens Courage, Independence, and Dreams of being Great. So, with this first T-Square we could say that maybe these themes could bring Dreams of Greatness from people in these positions. It would make sense considering the Primaries are advancing or already happened in some places. Let's not forget that sometimes Neptune brings Fogginess and Confusion though. So, that would be a tension that would definitely need to be relieved considering it is a T-square. To relieve that tension you would need to lean into the right Neptune in Aries energy and since there is also a T-square involving Saturn at 14° that is very close, but not quite Conjunct (it's less than 10° orb which I would count), you also need to involve the Saturn in Aries energy. Now, remember, Saturn is the Planet of Karma and Time, as well as Justice (as well as the Ruler of Capricorn, so I'm going to skip the repeats), Foundations, Diligence, Boundaries, and all the rest listed above. Now take the Opposition themes listed above with the Full Moon and funnel that energy through the 2 Apex planets of the T-squares to relieve that tension using those themes! Moving on, because we have a lot of territory to cover, then we have Psyche at 24°, Mercury Retrograde at 26° Cancer, and Jupiter at 29° Cancer, Vertex at 4° Leo, and Sappho at 5° Leo opposing Pluto at 4° Aquarius and Juno at 9° Aquarius. So, breaking it down. Pluto Opposes ALL of them within a 10° orb and Juno joins in Opposing Sappho, Vertex, Jupiter within a 10° orb. Going to break it down with Pluto/Juno first. Pluto is the Planet of Intensity, Transformation, Obsession, Domination, Power and Control while Juno is the asteroid represented by the Roman goddess who was married to JUPITER since that planet is involved in this story (or Zeus/Hera for the Greeks) and it represents where you would find your ultimate partner that you would settle down and build a life with (marriage/life partner). So, Pluto conjunct Juno we had in our last update is basically an Intense Obsession and possibly, a Transformation regarding your marriage/life partner Opposing Sappho in Leo (the Lesbian asteroid, again, it was a crucial piece of the last Moon cycle, but you don't have to be a Lesbian for this to affect you. Take what resonates, leave the rest), Vertex in Leo (this is the fated point where you meet people who are supposed to come into your life), and Jupiter at the anaretic degree of 29° Cancer (Luck, Growth, and Expansion through Cancer themes). Extra important because of the 29th degree. Now onto the rest of Pluto Opposing Mercury Retrograde at 26° Cancer alongside the others (Intense MisCommunication or possibly fear of saying anything at all, Racing Thoughts, Obsessive Ideas regarding Family, Mothers, other Cancer themes), and last but not least Pluto Opposing Psyche at 24° Cancer. Psyche is the Soulmate asteroid. So, that is quite the pile of Conjunctions and Oppositions. Definite Miscommunications going on with Families though still throughout this Retrograde like I mentioned before in my last post. Next, we have Venus Trining Saturn which could bring a couple of things to the fold. It could mean that things could start to get serious regarding Romantic Relationships. Saturn brings Seriousness and Longevity to Relationships. It could also bring roadblocks because Saturn also brings Boundaries, Delays, and Restrictions. But, since it is a Trine, I am going to guess that it brings Seriousness and Longevity for the most part unless your chart is ever so inclined for the latter. Then, riding off that Pluto in Aquarius and the Sappho in Leo/Vertex in Leo/Jupiter in Cancer/Mercury Retrograde in Cancer/Psyche in Cancer, we have Mars at 0° Gemini and Uranus at 3° Gemini Trining Pluto at 4° Aquarius which could set us up for a whole lot of fireworks, both good and bad, inside and outside the bedroom. Tempers could be triggered within the next few days as that Mars and Uranus conjunction comes to an exact and gets closer to the exact Trine with Pluto. Also, that Mars and Uranus Conjunction is also Sextiling that whole cluster of Planets I just mentioned including Sappho, Vertex, Jupiter, Mercury Retrograde, and Psyche. Again, Mars and Uranus may trigger some harsh words that can't be taken back once that conjunction becomes exact and pushes up against Mercury Retrograde and Mars and Uranus are also ruled by Mercury Retrograde at this time.

Now for the GIANT Ingress of this update and one of the biggest ones of the year! Jupiter (the Planet of Luck, Expansion, and Growth) moving into Leo (Popular, Dramatic, Passionate, Generous, Proud, Stubborn, Warm, Big-Hearted, Loyal, Brave) as of Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at 1:52 AM ET. So, now we have both Venus in Leo AND Jupiter in Leo! This Jupiter in Leo transit will last until July 26, 2027, 8:46 PM ET so about 13 months! This is a great time for Leadership, Boldness, and Generosity. The Bigger and the Bolder, the Better! Jupiter in Leo favors the Brave. Belief systems that emphasize Honor Love, Warmth, and Loyalty are more appealing. Our relationship to the Arts (as in Theater & Performing), Arts & Crafts, Romantic Relationships, Children, Recreation & All forms of Entertainment are going to be at the forefront. The last time this Transit happened was during 2014-2015, so think back to that time in your life and remember what was going on for you.

On Saturday, July 4th, 2026 at 2:08 AM ET, Mars in Gemini Conjoins Uranus in Gemini Exactly at 3°! Talk about Fireworks! Everyone needs to do their best to keep their cool with the Planet of War, Aggression, Action, Ambition, Drive, Sex Drive and ANGER and the Planet of Sudden Changes, Erraticism, Electricity, Nervous System, and the Collective come together in the sign of ruled by Mercury (which is RETROGRADE CURRENTLY!) which could bring Miscommunications, Technology glitches, Short Distance Travel Issues, Problems with Commerce/Sales, Social Media Issues, WiFi problems...Honestly, it would be a good day to lay low and stay off the Internet. And since Mercury is Retrograde in Cancer, try to keep your cool with Family and those close to you. Tempers will be on the rise and Panic attacks will be at the ready! Words are ruled by Mercury and it's really important that you watch what you say and not make them into weapons at this time. Later on that night, Mars in Gemini will be Sextile Neptune in Aries at 8:44 PM ET bringing the temperature down a bit. This is a good time for creative projects and the opportunity period for this time will last from 10:26 AM ET Saturday, July 4th, 2026 until Monday, July 6th, 2026 at 11:07 AM ET.
